Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We offer Free 2 day shipping on orders over $50 in the contiguous USA.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Some of our carriers have limitations in shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses here. If there are any issues with your order we will communicate with you within 1 business day.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopify@shoppingsutra.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Shopping Sutra LLCÂ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Shopping Sutra LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently do not support International Shipping and can Ship in the USA only.
